"Thank you for making my Carnival 2009 a great experience.  This was my 5th time going to Carnival in Trinidad but this time was different.  Your planning made it so easy for me and allowed me to not have to think about all the little details and just enjoy Carnival and Trinidad."

"Your reminders and suggestions throughout the year before the Carnival season arrives are greatly appreciated and made my packing much easier.  Your services are priceless!!!!  And anyone who wants to go to Carnival would be unwise if they did not use your services no matter if this is their first Carnival or their 10th.  I must say again that I am thankful for Kim Joseph and all of her planning to make my Carnival 2009 a FANTASTIC experience!!!!  I will be using your services for every Carnival that I attend and will recommend it to my friends or people interested in going to Trinidad Carnival…see you in 2010. "

"I cannot wait!!!"

Are you feeling the feeling… ?

Thanks to my Mas leaders I hit the grounds of Trini ready to wave, jump, & whine!  If you’re wondering how does one prepare?  Well, all credit goes to my Mas leaders—they readied me with a couple of CDs, a few dance lessons, and a number of tasteful Trini delights.  So when I arrive, it’s not long before I’m able to relax into the Carnival spirit! Let’s say it was like osmosis… purely organic!

I learn quickly to savor long naps, abandon ideas of typical party times, and the art of making peace with my inner bacchanal (i.e., rebellious spirit).

Can’t put me out…
My favorite highlight would have to be J’ouvert, pronounced juuvay.  I’m told you either love or hate J’ouvert! J’ouvert is the official opening day of Carnival.  If you have never awoke at 4am to party in the streets—chipping (e.g. dancing) behind a 14-wheeler truck with huge speakers, blasting soca music, alongside fellow masqueraders painting your body in mud & paint… it’s a must do!  Be warned, the party continues through late morning so, do your best to rest up the day before.

We dance, we jump, take more pictures and we celebrate!  It rains—but that doesn’t stop the celebration!  The island is in full glow—as are fellow masqueraders and onlookers.  You feel and look beautiful.  It’s beautiful!  It’s spiritual!  You can’t escape the charge!  It’s a fill up on life you can only catch from dancing in the streets nonstop.  It’s exactly what I came for!  My only disappointment—there’s no way to bottle it, take it back, share it with others!

If you find yourself in a slippery-slump, feeling low, battling the winter blues and needing to re-energize the mind, body, spirit… and marinate your soul—Trinidad’s Carnival is the place!  Thousands of people from around the world travel to Carnival in Trinidad to free themselves, tap into their inner joy and share the moment with kindred spirits.  I was there!  I did it.  I encourage you to try it for yourself.

Trinidad Carnival is truly “The Greatest Show” in the World!

You did a great job of taking care of everyone and making sure that they had a good time.

Pre travel prep.: I know you got some crap about the frequent emails from people who had been before.  But I hadn’t and I actually appreciated the frequent updates. (even though I didn't always respond)

It was helpful to establish a meeting point when we went out, knowing which van to meet at if I got lost was a good look.

You did a great job of putting it  together and holding it all together.

I wish you three the best of luck  with the new business!
